Istoric:
Clubul Nautic Român, este prima asociaţie sportivă de profil din România, dedicată exclusiv sporturilor pe apă (yachting, canotaj, caiac-kanoe, înot, polo pe apă, pescuit, cercetăşiei-maritime (see-scouts, etc.), înfiinţat în anul 1908, la Constanţa, la sugestia Reginei Elisabeta, de către un grup de ofiţeri de marină de pe Crucişătorul Elisabeta. Clubul Nautic Român a participat pe 1/14 decembrie 1912, la Bucureşti, la Şedinţa de constituire a Federaţiei Societăţilor Sportive din România (FSSR), prima organizaţie sportivă cu caracter naţional care a reunit sub o singură autoritate reprezentativă, administrativă şi concepţională, entităţile sportive active existente. După Primul Război Mondial, Clubul Nautic Român şi-a încetat activitatea. Referinţe au fost publicate în numărul omagial din anul 1937 al revistei Marea Noastră (mai-iulie), în volumul DOBROGEA 1878-2008 (Ed. Ex Ponto – 2008), la capitolul Istoria sportului constănţean, sub semnătura publicistului Claudiu Val şi a dr. Elena Frâncu, în albumul Yacht Clubul Regal Român – scurtă istorie, publicat de Carmen Iréne Atanasiu, la Editura Yacht Club Român, în anul 2010, precum şi în lucrarea istoriografică PRESA MARINEI ROMÂNE – dicţionar bibliografic, de comandor dr. Marian Moşneagu, apărută în 2011 la Ed. Militară.
În prezent:
Reînfiinţat prin sentinţa nr. 7879/212/2010 a Judecătoriei Constanţa, din iniţiativa ziaristului Dan Mihăescu, Clubul Nautic Român are sediul în Constanţa, str. Callatis, nr. 32, et. 3, şi deţine unica bază nautică pentru yachting construită de un club privat după mai bine de 50 de ani, în România, pe malul lacului Techirghiol, în oraşul Techirghiol, pe str. Victor Climescu nr. 15.
Asociaţia Clubul Nautic Român derulează parteneriate şi protocoale de colaborare cu Statul Major al Forţelor Navale, Garda de Coastă, Academia Navală Mircea cel Bătrân, Universitatea Maritimă Constanţa, Universitatea de stat Ovidius, Colegiul Naţional Mihai Eminescu, din Constanţa, Inspectoratul Școlar Județean Constanța şi Direcţia Judeţeană pentru Tineret şi Sport, pentru realizarea programelor educaţionale, sportive şi sociale.
Începând din anul şcolar 2011-2012, Clubul Nautic Român susţine, în cadrul parteneriatului cu Colegiul Naţional Mihai Eminescu Cursul opţional pentru iniţiere în sportul cu vele, tot aici având instalat şi unicul Simulator de navigaţie cu vele, din România. Modelul acestui curs opţional dorindu-se a fi extins şi în localităţile limitrofe Bazei nautice de la Techirghiol şi în special în reţeua şcolară din oraşele Techirghiol, Eforie şi Mangalia.
Clubul Nautic Român şi-a acreditat la Autoritatea Navală Română, în vara anului 2011, cursul de pregătire a conducătorilor de ambarcaţiuni de agrement din cadrul Şcolii de navigaţie, instruirea teoretică şi practică desfăşurându-se atât la Baza nautică Techirghiol, construită din resurse proprii şi prin program de voluntariat, şi la Colegiul Naţional Mihai Eminescu, unde funcţionează Simulatorul de Navigaţie cu Vele, deţinut de club.
Competiţii:
Clubul Nautic Român este afiliat la Federaţia Română de Yachting (FRY) şi începând din sezonul 2010 organizează anual Regata Moş Nicolae (2-6 decembrie), Regata Internaţională Cupa Dobrogei (prima decadă a lunii septembrie) în parteneriat cu Nautical Club Balchik, alternativ, în România şi Bulgaria, şi Festivalul Naţional al Sporturilor Nautice şi pe Plajă.
Proiecte:
Clubul Nautic Român susţine o campanie naţională permanentă pentru popularizarea sportului cu vele, în toate judeţele şi regiunile ţării, acolo unde există cursuri de apă, lacuri naturale sau acumulări amenajate şi unde condiţiile geografice permit acest lucru. La Baza nautică de pe Lacul Techirghiol organizăm cantonamente, competiţii şi tabere tematice de vară pentru instruirea copiilor în yachting, wind-surfing, kaiac-canoe şi pescuit sportiv, în spiritul cercetăşiei maritime (sea-scouts). De asemenea, la Baza nautică Techirghiol, asigurăm condiţiile necesare pentru dezvoltarea unor programe de incluziune socială, prin sport, destinate persoanelor defavorizate şi persoanelor cu dizabilităţi fizice.
Promovare:
Clubul Nautic Român (www.clubulnauticroman.ro) promovează cultura nautică şi stilul de viaţă al iubitorilor mediului acvatic şi al sporturilor de apă prin intermediul Editurii Farul care are în coordonare şi platforma multimedia alcătuită din publicaţia on-line, MAGAZIN NAUTIC (www.magazin-nautic.ro) şi WebTV NAUTICA TV (www.nauticatv.ro).
Expertiză:
Din luna februarie, 2011, Clubul Nautic Român a primit acreditarea la Camera Deputaţilor şi colaborează, în problemele legislative de speciaitate, cu comisiile: ADMINISTRAŢIE PUBLICĂ ECONOMICĂ, BUGET, MUNCĂ, SĂNĂTATE, ÎNVĂŢĂMÂNT, CULTURĂ şi JURIDICĂ.
În anul 2017, Adunarea Generală Extraordinară a ales-o Preşedinte al Clubului Nautic Român, pe Prof. drd. Andreea MIHĂESCU. Director-executiv este ing. Gülbin AMET, Comodore – Prof. Octavian ŢACU şi Secretar general – Contraamiral de flotilă (rez) dr. Ion CUSTURĂ. Antrenor de yachting: Prof. Stelian MARINESCU, Coordonatorul Şcolii de navigaţie este Comandantul de navă dr. Călin MARINESCU. Redactor-şef al revistei Magazin Nautic este scriitorul şi istoricul militar, comandor dr. (rez) Marian MOŞNEAGU.
The Romanian Nautical Club
History:
The Romanian Nautical Club is the first specialized sport association in Romania exclusively dedicated to water sports (yachting, boating, kayaking &canoeing, swimming, water polo, fishing, Sea Scouting, etc.). Established at Constanta in 1908, the Romanian Nautical Club had the chance to be invited and to participate, as a founder member, in Bucharest, on December 1st – 14th 1912, to the Constituting Meeting of the Federation of the Romanian Sport Societies (FSSR), the first national sport organization reunited under a unique organizational, representative, administrative and conceptual authority, the existing acting sports entities. The first central representative body of the Romanian sports was composed of a series of central commissions: athletics, football-rugby, association football, lawn tennis, fencing, bicycle riding, target shooting, winter sports, nautical sports, gymnastics, rounders-sport, the propaganda commission, the school commission, the commission for the field maintenance, etc. Prince Ferdinand was elected President of FSSR at the very Constituting Meeting (he was King of Romania after 28th September 1914). Beside the constituting sports clubs and societies, other illustrious personalities participated as natural persons-founding members: George Valentin Bibescu, Ion Camarasescu, Dimitrie Ionescu and General Constantin Coanda. Prince carol was appointed Secretary General. The emblem of FSSR was settled to be a blue badge having a central raven holding a cross in its beak and its colours were blue and black.
After World War I, the Romanian Nautical Club seized its activity. References were published in the issue of homage of 1937 of the Marea Nostră magazine (Our Sea) (May-July) in the DOBROGEA 1878-2008 volume, ed. Ex Ponto, 2008, in the chapter The History of Sports in Constanta, signed by journalist Claudiu Val and Dr. Elena Frâncu, in The Romanian Royal Yacht Club – a brief history – album, published by Carmen Irene Atanasiu, in 2010, ed. Yacht Club Român, as well as in the historiography work THE PRESS OF THE ROMANIAN NAVY- a bibliographical dictionary, by Colonel Dr. Marian Mosneagu, issued in 2011 by ed. Militara.
Currently:
Re-established by sentence no. 7879/212/2010 of the Court of Constanta, at the proposal of some passionate sports fans, the Romanian Nautical Club has its headquarters in Constanta, 32 Callatis Street, 3rd floor, and it owns at present a sports base for training, competitions, and training camp for yachting and boating on the bank of Lake Techirghiol, in the town of Techirghiol at 15 Dr. Victor Climescu Street, close to the balneary sanatorium.
The Romanian Nautical Club has presently an active partnership with the Sport and Youth Departament of Constanta County, the Maritime University of Constanta, the National College Mihai Eminescu – Constanta, by means of which the first Optional course of learning the sailing sport was launched in Romania within the college in the 2011-2012 school year. The model of this optional course will be extended and made permanent in the localities neighbouring the Techirghiol Nautical base and especially in the school network of the Techirghiol town.
The Romanian Nautical Club accredited in the summer of 2011 its first training course four leisure ships steering within the School of Sailing, the theoretical and practical instruction are going to be carried out in the nautical base of Techirghiol and in the education institutions with which we have active partnerships.
Competitions:
The Romanian Nautical Club is affiliated to the Romanian Sailing Federation (FRY) and in the first year since its setting has organized three sailing regattas, at classes Optimist, and Cadet, in an absolute premiere, on the waters of Techirghiol Lake .
Since the 2011 season, the Romanian Nautical Club has been organizing sailing regattas with international participation, included in the calendar of the Romanian Sailing Federation (FRY): (May 27th– 29th the Child’s Cup Regatta, September 12th – 15th the International Regatta – Dobrogea Cup, and December 2nd – 4th the Saint Nicholas Cup Regatta). The DOBROGEA CUP International Regatta is the first across border yachting competition, being organized in a partnership with Morski Klub – Balchik, the interim (transmittable) DOBROGEA TROPHY being annually at stake. In 2012, the “Saint Nicholas Cup Regatta” became the first virtual regatta (e-regatta) organized in Romania on a sailing simulator, owned by the organizing club, the contest taking place at sailing classes: Optimist, Laser 4.7 and Radial Laser.
Projects:
The Romanian Nautical Club proposes especially to launch a national campaign for popularizing the sailing sport, in all the counties and regions of the country, where there are water courses, natural lakes or man-made water accumulations and where the geographic conditions allow for it. We will organize theme summer camps for Sea Scouts at the sport base on Lake Techirghiol, for teaching children yachting, wind surfing, kayak-canoe and sport fishing. We consider that such a campaign for promoting sail sports will be fruitful on a medium term, both in the sportive and in the artistic field.
Also, at the Nautical base in Techirghiol, we will provide the necessary conditions for developing some programs of social inclusion by means of sport for the disadvantaged persons and of the persons with physical disabilities and neural-motor handicaps. This will be made possible by a partnership with the social assistance and care institutions, by setting up the sailing school with which the institutionalized children and youth or the children and youth under care of specialized institutions will be able to take all the steps of practical, on water, and theoretical training, so that at the age of 16 they should be able to get the skipper license, for cruise yachts, a professional certificate accredited all over the world. The second social program envisages the creation of special facilities for the persons with physical or/and neural-motor disabilities, for practicing the sailing sport and for physical recovery. This project will be developed in co-operation with the recovery sanatorium institutions, on the Romanian Black Sea coast.

The Romanian Nautical Club (www.clubulnauticroman.ro) promotes the nautical culture and a life style specific for the fans of the aquatic medium and of the water sports by means of a multimedia platform consisting in the on-line magazine MAGAZIN NAUTIC (NAUTICAL MAGAZINE) (www.magazin-nautic.ro) and the web-TV site NAUTICA TV (www.nauticatv.ro ).
Expertise:
In February 2011, the Romanian Nautical Club received the accreditation at The Romanian Parliament from the Chamber of Deputies and since that time collaborates in specialized legislative matters, with the parliamentary commissions: ECONOMIC PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION, BUDGET, WORK, HEALTH, EDUCATION, CULTURE and LAW.
The founder-president of the Romanian Nautical Club is journalist DAN MIHĂESCU, the executive-manager is ANDREEA MIHĂESCU, and the main-coach and coordinator of the Sailing School is the college-teacher STELIAN MARINESCU.

Румынский Наутический Клуб – первое румынское спортивное общество предназначенное для таких водных видов спорта как: парусный спорт, гребля на байдарках и каноэ , плавание , водное поло, спортивная рыбалка , морская разведка . Клуб был основан в 1908 году в Констанце. Клуб является среди основоположников Румынской Федерации Спортивных Обществ созданной впервые 1-14 декабря 1912 г.. Это была первая спортивная организация национального характера которая имела авторитет организовать , представлять и администрировать все спортивные организации того времени. В «РФСО» работали центральные комиссии по атлетике , футболу, рэгби, теннису, фехтованию, велоспорту, стрельбе, гимнастике, зимних и водных видов спорта, а также комиссии для пропаганды , для школьной спортивной деятельности , по строительству спортивных площадок, и т. д. . Руководяшим «РФСО» был назначен князь Фердинанд – будущий король Румынии (с 28 сентября 1914 г.) . Среди уставных членов были и такие личности как: Георгий Валентин Бибеску , Ион Кэмэрэшеску , Димитрий Ионеску и генерал Константин Коандэ. Генеральный секретарь в то время был назначен князь Карл. Герб «РФСО» – на синем фоне чёрный ворон держащий в клюве крест.
После первой мировой войны, деятельность Румынского Наутического Клуба прекратилась. Заметки были опубликованны в 1937 г. в торжественном выпуске журнала «Наше море», в книге «Добруджа» 1878 – 2008 ( издательство Ex Ponto – 2008 г. ) в главе «история спорта в Констанце» под подписью журналиста Клаудиу Вал и г-жи Елена Фрынку , в альбоме «Румынский Королевский Парусный Клуб – краткая история» автор Кармен Ирене Атанасиу ( изд. Yacht Club Român – 2010 г.) а также в историографической работе «Пресса Румынских Мореплавателей» – библиографический словарь, автор командор Мариан Мошнягу (изд . Ed. Militară – 2011 г.).
Сегодня:
Румынский Наутический Клуб начал действовать заново в 2010 году по инициативе любителей водных видов спорта. Адрес клуба: ул. Каллатис № 32, этаж 3, г. Констанца. Клуб имеет собственную спортивно-тренировочную базу для парусного спорта и гребле , на берегу озера Текиргёл , в городе Текиргёл , на ул. Виктор Климеску № 15, рядом с курортным санаторием.
Румынский Наутический Клуб состоит в партнёрских программах с Спортивной и Молодёжной Областной Организацией, Морским Университетом г. Констанца и Колледж «Михай Эминеску» г. Констанца . В 2011 – 2012 учебном году был организован первый в Румынии (необязятельный) курс по изучению парусного спорта.
По модели этого курса будут разработаны постоянные подготовки в школьной структуре в городах близких к морской базе клуба: Текиргёл, Эфорие и Констанца.
Румынский Наутический Клуб аккредитировал в 2011 году первый курс по подготовке навигаторов для парусных прогулочных судов (круизных яхт) в Навигационной школе. Практическая подготовка и занятия будут проводится на территории морской базы а также в заведениях партенериата.
Соревнования :
Румынский Наутический Клуб является членом Румынской Федерации по Парусному Спорту и в первый год своего существования организовал 3 состязания по парусному спорту, классы Оптимист и Кадет на озере Текиргёл.
С 2011 г. Румынский Наутический Клуб является организатором международных состязаний согласно календарю Румынской Федерации по Парусному Спорту:
– 27-29 мая Регат «Кубок Детей»
– 12-15 сентября Международный Регат «Кубок Добруджи». Этот регат организуется в партнёрстве и с участием «Морски Клуб» – Бальчик. в г.Текиргёл и в г. Бальчик .
– 2- 4 декабря Регат «Кубок Св.Николай». Это виртуальное состязание проходящее на тренажере по классам Оптимист, Лазер 4.7 и Лазер Радиал.
Дальнейшее развитие :
Румынский Наутический Клуб назначает для дальнейшего развития следуюшее:
– Популяризация деятельности клуба среди жителей тех местностей страны где существуют реки и озёра.
– Клуб и в дальнейшем будет организовать тренировки и состязания на озере Текиргёл, а также лагеря для детей в связи с познанием и обучению виндсерфингу , гребле и спортивной рыбалке , морской разведке.
– Наутическая база в г. Текиргёл готова к принятию и обучению водных видов спорта инвалидов, людей с ограниченными физическими возможностями, а также детей и юношей из детских домов и социальных заведений; при окончании теоретических и практических курсов навигационной школы, при исполнении возраста 16 лет, они смогут получить патент шкипера для круизных яхт.
– Для инвалидов и людей с ограниченными физическими возможностями, будут разработаны специальные устройства в партнёрском сотрудничестве с курортными санаториями находящиеся на берегу Чёрного Моря.

Romanya Denizcilik Kulübü
Tarihçe:
Romanya Denizcilik Kulübü (Clubul Nautic Român), su sporlarına yönelik (yatçılık, kürek, kayak-kano, yüzme, su topu, balıkçılık, deniz izciliği – sea-scouts, vs.) ilk spor derneğidir. 1908 yılında Köstence’de kurulmuş olan Romanya Denizcilik Kulübü 1/14 Aralık 1912 tarihlerinde Bükreş’te düzenlenen Romanya Spor Dernekleri Federasyonu (FSSR)’nun kuruluş toplantısına davet edilme şerefine nail olmuş ve kurucu üye olarak katılmıştır. FSSR varolan tüm aktif spor kuruluşlarını yapı, temsil, idare ve fikir açısından tek çatı altında toplayan ilk ulusal kuruluş olmuştur. Romen sporunun ilk merkezi temsil organı çeşitli merkezi komisyonlardan oluşmuştur: atletizm, futbol-rugby, futbol, tenis, eskrim, bisikletçilik, atış, kış sporları, su sporları, cimnastik, oină, propaganda komisyonu, eğitim komisyonu, arsaları düzenleme komisyonu vs. Kuruluş toplantısında FSSR Başkanlığına Prens Ferdinand (28 Eylül 1914 tarihinden itibaren Romanya Kralı olmuştur) seçilmiştir. FSSR’yı oluşturan kulüp ve spor dernekleri dışında özel kişi olan meşhur kurucu üyeler de vardı: George Valentin Bibescu, Ion Cămărăşescu, Dimitrie Ionescu ve General Constantin Coandă. Genel Sekreter olarak Prens Carol görevlendirilmiştir. Mavi ve siyah olan FSSR amblemi üzerinde gagasında haç olan bir karga vardı.
İlk Dünya Savaşı sonrasında Romanya Denizcilik Kulübü faaliyetleri durduruldu. Romanya Denizcilik Kulübü ile ilgili bilgiler Marea Noastră (Denizimiz) dergisinin Mayıs-Temmuz 1937 özel sayısında, DOBROGEA 1878-2008 (Ex Ponto Basımevi – 2008) kitabının Claudiu Val adlı gazeteci ve Dr. Elena Frâncu imzalı „Istoria sportului constănţean” (Köstence Sporunun Tarihi) adlı bölümünde, Carmen Iréne Atanasiu tarafından 2010 yılında Yacht Club Român Basımevinde bastırılmış olan Yacht Clubul Regal Român – scurtă istorie (Romanya Kraliyet Yatçılık Kulübü – Kısa Tarihçe) adlı albümde ve 2011 yılında Askeri Basımevinde çıkan dr. Marian Moşneagu’ya ait PRESA MARINEI ROMÂNE – dicţionar bibliografic (Romanya Denizcilik Basını – bibliografya sözlüğü) adlı çalışmada yeralmıştır.
Halen:
Yatçılık severlerinin girişimi sonucunda Köstence Mahkemesinin 7879/212/2010 kararı ile tekrar kurulmuş olan Romanya Denizcilik Kulübü Köstence, Callatis Sok. No. 32 Kat 3 adresinde faaliyet göstermektedir. Halen Techirghiol (Tekirgöl) kasabası Victor Climescu Sok. No. 15 adresinde, Techirghiol Gölü kenarında, Tedavi Merkezi yakınlarında yatçılık ve kürek eğitim ve yarışma imkanları vardır.
Romanya Denizcilik Kulübü’nün Köstence İl Spor ve Gençlik Müdürlüğü, Köstence Denizcilik Üniversitesi ve „Mihai Eminescu” Ulusal koleji ile aktif ortaklığı vardır. Bu ortaklık sonucunda 2011-2012 eğitim ve öğretim yılında Romanya’da ilk defa „Mihai Eminescu” Ulusal Kolejinde Curs opţional pentru învăţarea sportului cu vele (Yelkenli sporlar seçmeli dersi) verilmiştir. Bu seçmeli kurs modeli Tekirgöl Denizcilik Tesisleri çevresindeki yerleşim yerlerine ve özellikle Tekirgöl, Eforie ve Köstence’deki okullara yayılacak ve devamlı hale getirilecektir.
2011 yılı yaz aylarında Romanya Denizcilik Kulübü, Denizcilik Okulu’nda tekne kullanma eğitim kursu vermek için akredite olmuştur; teorik ve pratik eğitim Tekirgöl tesislerinde ve aktif ortaklık ilişkileri içerisinde olunan eğitim kurumlarında verilecektir.
Yarışmalar:
Romanya Denizcilik Kulübü Romanya Yatçılık Federasyonu (FRY) üyesidir; kurulduğu yıl, Techirghiol Gölü üzerinde ilk defa Optimist ve Aday yelkenli sınıflarında üç spor yarışması düzenlemiştir.
2011 sezonundan itibaren Romanya Denizcilik Kulüblü, Romanya Yatçılık Federasyonu (FRY) takviminde de yeralan uluslararası katılım olan yelkenli tekne yarışmaları düzenlemektedir: 27 – 29 Mayıs Çocuk Kupası Yarışması (Regata Cupa Copilului), 12- 15 Eylül Dobruca Kupası Uluslararası Yarışma (Regata Internaţională Cupa Dobrogei), 2 – 4 Aralık „Aziz Nikolaos” Kupası Yarışması (Regata Cupa Sfântul Nicolae). CUPA DOBROGEİ (Dobruca Kupası) adlı uluslararası yarışma Morski Klub-Balçik ile ortaklaşa, dönüşümlü olarak Tekirgöl ve Balçik’te düzenlenen ilk sınırötesi yatçılık yarışmadır. Dobruca Kupası adlı ödül her yıl en iyi kulüp takımına verilmektedir. 2012 yılında Sfântul Nicolae Kupası (”Regata Sfântul Nicolae”) Romanya’da sanal alemde, organizatör kulübe ait yelkenli simülatörde düzenlenen ilk „e-yarışma” olmuştur. Yarışma Optimist, Laser 4.7 ve Laser Radial sınıflarında düzenlenmiştir.
Projeler:
Romanya Denizcilik Kulüblü öncelikle yelkenli sporların tanıtılması maksadıyla Romanya’nın su, doğal göl veya yapay gölleri olan tüm vilayet ve bölgelerinde bir kampanya başlatmayı hedeflemektedir. Techighiol Gölü’ndeki tesislerde eğitimler, yarışmalar ve konu ile ilgili yaz kampları düzenlenmektedir; çocuklara izcilik (sea-scouts) yöntemleriyle yatçılık, wind-surfing, kano ve balıkçılık öğretilmektedir. Yelkenli sporları ve kanoyu tanıtan böyle bir kampanyanın orta vadede hem spor hem de turistik alanda sonuç vereceğini düşünüyoruz.
Techirghiol Denizcilik Tesislerinde maddi durumları kısıtlı veya engelli şahıslara yönelik spora dayalı eğitim programları geliştirilmektedir. Sosyal destek kurumları ile ortaklık kurulması durumunda sosyal destek kurumlarınca desteklenen çocuk ve gençler gerekli teorik ve pratik eğitimi alarak, 16 yaşında bütün dünyada kabul edilen skiper ruhsatını alabileceklerdir. İkinci sosyal program, fiziksel ve/veya nöromotor engelli şahısların yelkenli sporlarıla uğraşmak ve fizik tedavi almalarına yönelik özel imkanlar yaratmayı öngörmektedir. Bu proje Karadeniz’in Romen sahillerindeki tedavi merkezleriyle birlikte geliştirilecektir.

Romanya Denizcilik Kulüblü (Clubul Nautic Român) (www.clubulnauticroman.ro) denizcilik kültürünü ve deniz ile su sporlarını sevenlere has yaşam stilini, MAGAZIN NAUTIC (www.magazin-nautic.ro) adlı on-line dergi ile NAUTICA TV (www.nauticatv.ro) sitesinden oluşan multimedia platformu aracılığıyla tanıtmaktadır.
Uzmanlık :
Şubat 2011’de Romanya Denizcilik Kulüblü Romanya Parlamentosu Milletvekilleri Odası tarafından akredite olmuş ve özel konularda aşağıdaki komisyonlarla işbirliği yapmaktadır: İKTİSADİ KAMU YÖNETİMİ, BÜTÇE, ÇALIŞMA, SAĞLIK, EĞİTİM, KÜLTÜR ve HUKUK.
Romanya Denizcilik Kulüblü’nün kurucu üyesi gazeteci DAN MIHĂESCU, icra müdürü ANDREEA MIHĂESCU, baş eğitmen ve Denizcilik Okulu koordinatörü ise – öğretmen STELIAN MARINESCU’dur.
